At Car Plast Extrusion, we have been dedicated to the production of film reels and finished products for different sectors for over 40 years.

Our knowledge and experience accumulated over time, combined with the desire to take on new challenges, have driven us to invest consistently in our production processes and resource optimization, as well as in the training of our plastic experts, in order to achieve products that fully meet our customers’ demands.

Our production includes both the extrusion phase and the cutting and thermo-welding phase, and is therefore divided into two macro-areas: the extrusion department and the cutting-thermo-welding department.

The extrusion department is made up of plants for the production of mono-layer films and the creation of co-extruded three-layer films. Specifically, the available extrusion lines allow us to produce various types of films, from tubular to tubular with gussets, from single-fold to single or double-layer sheet in HDPE, MDPE or LDPE.

The cutting-thermo-welding department, on the other hand, is equipped for the production of bags, sheets, and box-shaped and reel-shaped molded products.

TUBULAR

The tubular film can be extruded in both mono-layer and co-extruded in 3 layers, and can be made with a central cut allowing the complete opening of the film.
The material, neutral or colored, can undergo micro-perforation processing and can be printed up to two colors.

Customizations: coloring, addition of additives, micro-perforation, printing, corona treatment
